The dinner was part of our epic Viking food trail and no doubt for me Maaemo was one of the Crown jewels of the tour. The courses combined the Nordic tradition with modern cuisine in such an inspiringly creative way. I also want to compliment you about the juice pairing, which was the best one I had in my life.
